As team leader of the "Survival of the Fittest" production team, I am extremely proud of the progress and dedication each of us have given this project. The other two members, Graham and Brandon, have both been working on task and with very well put together results. I was extremely surprised with not only how well this game is coming together, but how easy it was to put this game into reality. We still have some finer details to iron out, but the overall look and feel is coming together quite nicely. The easiest part has definitely been outlining the general rules, as I already knew what I wanted. The most difficult however has been deciding finer details, such as resource ratios and exactly where everything goes has been more difficult, though Graham has been invaluable in these exacts. Of course, this isn't to say Brandon has been slacking off, in fact he has produced quite a few original pieces of art for this project, and that too has been extremely useful. My responsibility as team leader has been keeping the team on task, which thankfully has been quite easy, and directing the team exactly where I want them to go. I oversee everything, and the vast majority of the decisions are run past me, particularly pertaining to rules and placement. Of course I don't do this alone, both Graham and Brandon's opinions are useful and I've changed my mind quite a few times based on them, but I still get the final say. We have come together to meet the short deadline of 8 school days to produce a board game by staying on task and working together quickly and effectively. I could not be happier with how this is turning out right now. Will that change over the next three days, highly unlikely. If it does, most likely it will be due to my own blunder, rather then one of my team mates.
